The Institute for Applied Science Inc. (IAS), is a Washington based technology group that promotes international cooperation on science for peace.

IAS invests in and supports the development and commercialization of innovative science and technology that addresses US Government identified science & technology shortfalls and that promotes peaceful international scientific cooperation.
